Great customer service!!!

Received bids from several companies. CTW was lowest bid on exact same carpet and vinyl. Bid process and measurements went very well - good communication. Installation was not stellar. Installers complained extensively about having to move furniture although bid specifically included this work ($350 line item). Small defects in installation of vinyl were repaired on subsequent visit (slight damage to wood trim from undercut). Installers worked late on 3rd day to finish (8:30 PM). Complained repeatedly. Badly placed, obvious seam made in upstairs hallway. When workers came to fix aforementioned damage to trim, they claimed no remedy required for carpet. On our request, the owner came to inspect and readily agreed to replace carpet in hallway. Workers replaced carpet,not without profuse complaint and a litany of profanity. Advised owner of installers behavior. His apology seemed very sincere. They did not reflect well on the family nature of the business.

They did a wonderful job and their rates were like fifty percent cheaper then everyone else that I researched. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. They guys that came out were really professional as well.
