Very well. We had a deal for me to do sanding, staining, clear coat, clean-up and removal of debris. Saved quite a few bucks. He demonstrated "expert" quality craftsmanship. He got right to work and knew every step in proper order to use his time efficiently. I enjoy the rare person who is outstanding at what they do and take pride in doing good work.
