I originally asked for this company to quote my project back in April. Due to many reasons, we were not able to proceed at that time. When I called again in September to reactivate my quote, they stopped by my house within the week to double check the work and they kept their pricing the same. They left sample colors for me to choose for the gutters. I called to book the service and they fit me in their schedule within two weeks. One man was here at 8:30am and finished the job around 3:00pm. He was clean and professional. The gutters are doing their job - the job was done exactly as quoted. Would use them again, if needed.

Very professional, answered questions. I was only disappointed that they just dumped the debris from the old gutters on the lawn and didn't clean up very well. Other than that the work went well, and I would refer them to anyone.

Unfortunately, this provider was so booked up that he could not fit in our very, very small job. However, he was very polite when he called me to explain that he didn't have any openings. He does such a good job that he has a lot of clients requesting his time. It was pleasant talking to him, and I'd be happy to hire him in the future.

They did a high quality job I am pleased with the results. I revived some quotes from other contractors, but they cost more because they would sub contract out the gutter work. Madison Aluminum performed the work.

I called and left a voice mail that I am looking to have the gutters repaired or replaced on one side of my house in Monona. They did not call back. so after two days I called again. When I spoke with the woman who answered the phone she said, "We are really busy and we would consider this a small job," I said . "Okay." There was a silence and she asked me to hold. She left me on hold a long time and came back and said, "Well, we are not scheduling for at least four weeks." Clearly they did not want the businesses. I told her I would go elsewhere. I called the next name on Angie's List with a good rating, Guttersmiths of Wisconsin. They said they will be out this afternoon with an estimate. I would not call Aluminum Products again or recommend them.

From the estimate to the finished job, we were very satisfied. When one of the corners did not perform as anticipated, they promptly returned to solve the problem and fixed it.

All went well, very prompt and complete job.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and the work looks great and works just fine.

Workers arrived on time and completed work in a professional manor in a reasonable time.
