Josh milks his time when working so he can charge you more. His communication skills are extremely poor and he is very rude. He made several mistakes, I ordered a shower stall he installed the wrong one, the plumbing fixture was installed in the wrong spot and had to be moved, the floor had to be resurfaced. What should have taken him 1 or no more than 2 months took hime 5 months. Do NOT use his services you will be sorry if you do. Hammerit Construction is a scammer.

Josh was very professional when he came to do the estimate. To my delight, he was able to do the work the next week. He finished on time an he cleaned up his mess as he went along. The only thing I had to clean was a bunch of drywall dust, but that was inevitable. It looks fantastic.

From a drawing I made (far from architectural or even to scale), Josh and his crew built a fabulous deck and pergola with lighting and a fan. His work is meticulous. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to any one.  I loved the result!
