They were very professional in the beginning and we were going to hire them but dropped the ball on getting back to us on the bid and information on flooring. We waited and then decided this was telling of how the business is run. We went with Walgenmeyer's. Sorry we had to post this but if I were a buyer I would want to know.

From start to finish they provided a very high level of professionalism. They had a great selection and very knowledgeable sales people. They helped me choose a product that kept me in my budget. We are very pleased with how our floors, cabinets and counter tops turned out. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Joe M. shepherded us through the selection process and followed up throughout the installation, personally stopping by to check work and progress. Carpet installers were very young men who looked a bit rough but were friendly, fast working, and very efficient. The wood flooring installer was here several days- a floor artist, friendly, and a perfectionist. He solved problems with vents and a squeaky spot - great work! All floors look terrific.

We had got a quote from another flooring place as well, and they were higher in some aspects and lower in others. They were definitely higher in installation than other places that we looked, so that pretty much ruled them out. They had quoted $2.75 per sq. foot for the installation. The salesperson that was there didn't seem overly knowledgeable but she tried and was very friendly.
