Description of Work: Called to get a quote on snow removal. Kyle said he'd come over and provide a quote later in the day, but we didn't receive a call back. I called again a couple of days later, and I still haven't heard from them. Very poor customer service and NO follow-up. Even if they decided not to pursue the job, I would expect to receive a courtesy phone call.
