They showed up promptly which was great. That was the end of the great. After $190 the frig is still making noise.
Interesting that the other reviewer noted Chuck's "professional" demeanor. I certainly don't see that. Gave the credit card number to them when they did the work. Apparently they didn't run it through then. I got a bill reminder message and left it again on their office voicemail. They still apparently didn't run it through again. Then I get ABUSIVE voice messages from Chuck that the bill still isn't paid. W**? Get it together people! Hopefully all is square now and Chuck can chill out. Unbelievable. I will never call them again.

Chuck was here in a timely fashion after we called. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. We enjoyed his professionally presented demeanor and kindness. He completed our repair as soon as the part came in. We will definitely call North Avenue appliance again.

I have used this company before and both times have been very impressed. The service technician is very thorough and knowledgeable and provides lots of useful tips on maintaining the equipment. He takes extra steps to make sure everything is working properly. He works quickly, neatly, and is very polite and professional. For the service performed I think the rates are very competitive. I have paid much higher trip charges with other companies.

Excellent service, very courteous, professional, prompt, and worked very quickly. Chuck, the owner who serviced my washer, also answered some questions I had about future appliance purchases. I really appreciate knowing what is good from a service standpoint.
