There was an issue with the siding collecting dirt and dripping streaks, but Kevin was very determined to make it right. It was obviously very important to him that I was satisfied with the job. He came back 3 more times. The result is excellent - house looks great!! I’ll be using his services again.

My house and garage had over 30 years of dirt, algae accumulated and I was about to sell the property but the realtor advised curb appeal was important. The gutters on my 3 car garage were completely full of debris and the roof was growing algae/ mold. I looked for pressure washing services and received several quotes. I chose Gunderson because they had good reviews and came in with the best price. He arrived on time and I asked if the price would be the same as originally agreed and he said yes. He spent a total of 3 hours to complete the job. I was totally amazed at the results. The vinyl siding, facia, soffits, gutters and windows looked like new and they were all 18 years old. He showed me pictures of the gutters after and they were like new. He used chemicals that would prevent any growth in the gutters or on the roof. With these chemicals I was told that the growth under the shingles would deteriorate and allow them to lay flatter. I am 100% satisfied with the job he did and would highly recommend his company. Awesome job!

KEVIN Gunderson did a fantastic job on the back porch! The porch was covered with moss, there is no longer any trace of moss and the wood looks amazing. He also did our roof, I was happy to learn that taking care of the mold around the shingles helps prolong the life of our roof. He was very informative when explaining his services. Great service!

Kevin offered to soft wash the siding and roof. I was skeptical that it would work better than pressure washing, but man was I wrong. It he did a great job.
