HUNT'S SERVICE CTR

Description of Work: I brought in a snowblower to have repaired. The auger was not working. They take a week to fix it instead of the next day as they said. When I did get it back the mechanic never showed me that it was fixed. Which I guess was my fault. He had a difficult time starting it and had to take it back into the shop to get it started. Ran it up to my trailer, but never had the auger running. I assumed that they fixed the problem. They said the machine needed a new auger cable, new belt and new shear pin. Total cost $114. 2 days later I need the snowblower for the 4 inches of fresh snow. I have a concrete driveway free of any and all stones, sticks and debris. The auger stopped working within 5 minutes. The shear pin broke again (or was never fixed to begin with) I am a single mom of two young kids. I didn't have time to access what they fixed, I assumed it was done correctly! I called Huntz and I was informed rudely by Jessica and a mechanic that I must have hit something a rock or stick. I said there is nothing besides snow. Jessica, very rudely again, informed me that the machine was working. The mechanic showed me it was. I informed her that he never did. I had my ex husband with me because I used his trailer and he will confirm that I was never shown. Then she changed her story that 3 MEN in the shop will confirm it was working just fine when I picked it up. Jessica was very rude, very inconsiderate, very unprofessional. After she hung-up on me the 2nd time I called back and spoke with John the manager. HE was just as rude. Not willing to work to help me fix it. I will never do business with these people again. If you are a single woman, make sure they are not aware of this!
