Internet Service
After being a customer for over a decade with Country Wireless, an internet provider in central Wisconsin, they charged me $5 for a late payment and would not reimburse! I give them nearly $600 a year in business and they want to stick me with a $5 late charge. I even called in the correction, they didn't update the credit card and they deny any responsibility. After all these years of being a dependable customer they treat me without respect.
