This is a one man company. He came promptly when I called and repaired the faucet. He replaced the cartridge insert but the plastic handle was broken and he didn't have a replacement with him so he reused it. It seemed to be OK. About a week later, I called him back because while the faucet would deliver full cold, the hot side was not hot enough for a bath. He told me his wife complained about the same thing with their shower and he didn't come back. A few weeks later, I called him back and got him to come out. While he was working, he told me he didn't really understand these one handle faucets. He told me the plastic handle was the problem but he didn't have a replacement. I could get one at Menards and all I had to do was screw it back on. When I got a new one and put it on, the water wouldn't shut off so I called a competent plumber. The price was OK; he just didn't do a good job the first time and didn't finish the job on the follow up.
