Wolf River Window & Doors

The experience wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. I would not necessarily recommend them. First, they took half my balance on June 29th ($1600). They told me it would be sometime in August that they could install the windows. I called them on July 22nd to find out what was going on. I spoke with a Scott & Jerry and asked when the windows would be there. They told me they’d call me on the 29th to tell me when they could install the windows. When the technician wrote out the contract, he misspelled my name & left the “work to be done” area blank, which I thought was unprofessional. On 8/8 I called to verify the appointment. The same day, I got another call and was told that the windows were not actually delivered there yet. On 8/10 Scott called and said he’d install the windows on 8/11. They arrived around the time they said they would. They had pulled out the kitchen window, letting flies in during the process. They could’ve put some sort of covering over it until they were ready to finish the job. They were just wandering back & forth to the front yard to the back yard, and made a terrible appearance. They looked shabby, didn’t wipe their feet before entered my home, and just weren’t thoughtful. They had to send a technician to get the hardware to install the front bay window. Finally, they finished the job several hours later. I also wanted them to do the siding on the outside, but I wanted it to blend. They just had installed a piece where the window used to be. I had provided the siding, and they told me it was done that way since the siding I had provided was not the correct siding. The end result is alright, except for the siding, but I just felt like these men were not really that capable.
