They worked hard at undoing the clog but it ended up being frozen. they charged us nothing because they could not fix it. Amazing.

The office staff/receptionist was friendly and easy to talk to. She sent someone the same day to fix the leak/broken pipe I had. The service tech, Jon, was friendly. and did good work. He took the time to explain what he did to fix the problem and gave me options.
