MARINETTE ROOFING & GUTTERS

Kelly came over and looked at the gutters and corners. He said the gutters were good but the corners needed to be replaced. he quoted $2,000 for the work to be done. His two guys came over, replaced the corners and I gave them a check. The first time it snowed in November, the sun melted the snow and all the corners were leaking. I called Kelly and he said he was sick but would come over when he felt better. For five months he did not call so I called him. he said he would come over the next day. In the five months I was desperate to get the gutters fixed so I hired leaf filter to fix the corners and put screens on. My son got up on a ladder to have a look before leaf filter came and he said Kelly's guys did a bad job with very little caulk on the corners and the leaf filter installer said the same thing. Well when Kelly came over after 5 months I told him what was said and that I felt I deserved a refund. He insisted his guys did a good job and he couldn't answer why then--were they leaking. He said he couldn't refund the whole job but he would be willing to refund $500. I guess being out 1500 is not as bad as being out $2,000.

Attitude of workers was terrible.  Owner loudly swearing at workers in our yard.  Quality of work was terrible.  We will never use this company in the future.
 
We took pictures of the problems, sent to owner and he returned to repair some of it  but not all.  When it rains, water runs between the gutter and roof.  Some painting was done and it didn't match and was slopped all over.  Gutters were bent and not caulked.  
Owner said he would be back to finish certain things and never returned.  Terrible work.  Not sure how this company stays in business.  

The owner was prompt with his site visit and estimate.  He explained what needed to be done, why, and how long it would take.  We were happy with his professionalism, long experience and work knowledge.
He was able to schedule the job over two days (Saturday and Sunday!) within a short period of time in order to take advantage some sunny weather.  He and his crew removed the existing roof, cleaned it, installed installation, TPO roofing and termination bar.  They also replaced an interior garage ceiling panel. The job was done quickly and efficiently.  They took all the old roof debris and did not leave any mess. In addition, they fixed the leaking gutter by replacing a stretch of it and adjusted an existing stretch.  They provided a down spout as well.
