The service went as promised. They were fast, friendly and professional. They have cars available to use while yours is being worked on.

It went really good. They changed my oil, checked all my fluids, and made sure that everything was looking good in my car. They also have coffee, water, cookies, and popcorn in the waiting room for you to enjoy. It is really inviting!

They offered an oil change at a reduced price with no appointment necessary. I went there, was told they could fit me in, and sent to the waiting room to wait. About 20 minutes later I noticed that my car was finished and got up to pay the bill. I was told it had not come in from the shop yet and sent back to wait again. It was over an hour later (after checking and checking with the front office) that it finally made it to the cashier and even she seemed to stall on it. I was furious by this time and they knew it. It may have been a cheap oil change but they wasted over 2 hours of my day that I can't get back--for an oil change! If this is how they treat oil changes, how do they treat big jobs? The worst of it was that they did not care in the least!
