Vacuum Cleaners
I took my Grand Quilter to Kirby Sew n Vac for a simple spring and cleaning. It took 3 weeks and when I got it back they had put the wrong spring on. I called and was told they would refund 3.00 for the wrong spring but nothing for labor. I paid over 100.00 for this repair. I had to take it to Teber in Escanabe to have it repaired properly. I would never take anything to this place. Terrible and if there was anything lower than an F I would give her that grade.
