I'm late getting this review in, as the work was done on August 7th, but I still want to say how impressed I am with your professionalism and speed. The whole crew came in with trucks and a shredder, and they performed their duties like an assembly line. Each man had a job to do and they tackled it. I was very impressed with the guy in the bucket who moved himself around the tree to cut the branches! He was up there pretty high. They all did a great job on our tree and we've had several people comment on how nice it looks. Thanks guys!

Northern Lakes was the first service to return our call and did so promptly. Other services did not even bother to call us back. When the tree service was first contacted, we were told it would be about two weeks before they could remove the tree. However, after we explained the situation, Greg did fit us in on a lunch break to remove most of the tree and subsequently after his scheduled jobs to complete our work. We were very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to hire them again.

The crew was an hour late without notifying us of any hold-ups. Just when we were about to call and check if they still intended to be over (it was raining that morning), they arrived. The crew was professional and finished the job quickly. They trimmed a couple limbs that were touching our roof, even though I forgot to ask for that to be included in our estimate. I'd highly recommend them.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FIRST TO CALL ME BACK, THE FIRST TO COME OVER WITHIN 2H OF MY INITIAL CALL AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR FUTURE TREE SERVICE. MY HUSBAND WHO IS VERY PICKY ABOUT HIS YARD AND WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED. THEY DROPPED THE TREES WITHOUT A SINGLE SCRATCH TO OUR BUILDINGS OR FENCES.

We're very pleased with the work provided by this company. The crews worked hard and provided a substantial amount of clean-up each time they were out. Unfortunately for us, we have a lot more work that needs to be done, but we will not hesitate to call them back.
