This is the second knee surgery Dr. Angela has performed on our dog. Did the LT knee last year. Both procedures were successful in that the dog responded favorably both times. The dog has many allergies as well and is on a number of meds. Dr. Angela monitors the dog through physical exam and my reports to make sure the dog is not taking too many or not enough of his meds. She has done well for our dog in treating all his problems. We have taken all our animals to Port Cities since we got our first cat many years ago. I'm quite sure there are other great vets out there but in my little corner of the universe, Dr Angela Madden-Hienzen is the very best of the best. Actually all her staff at Port Cities are excellent at all levels. Would I recommend Port Cities and Dr. Madden-Hienzen to a friend? I have a number of times and every one is satisfied with her care and the staff of Port Cities.

It went okay. The clinic is very clean and nice and the staff is very nice. They have a great boarding facility and that is where we are going to board our dogs as well, but we haven't done it yet and I just liked it overall. They are very good.

They walk the dogs a couple times a day. Kennels are a decent size. There were no runs available. The surgery had some complications with the healing and they fixed things free of charge! Staff are always friendly.

They are very punctual, the price is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

We have 7 cats and all of them see Dr. Madden-Heinzen. She is the most caring Vet. I have ever dealt with in my many years of caring for my pets. She is so professional, tells you as it is and is very personable as well. All of the technicians treat you with respect and courtesy and I never wait long for my appointments. I never feel rushed in or out by either the Dr or the Technicians. I NEVER feel like just a number or that they are just trying to get my money. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who reads this as I know you will come away rewarded knowing your loved pet got the best care at a fair price. The clinic is also extremely clean and doesn't have that vet clinic odor most others have. The waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable as well. If the clinic is closed, the vet on call will meet you at the clinic as they did for me without any hassle. I recently was scheduled to move out of town for work, but it was canceled. The only business in town that I found myself dreading to be without was this clinic and most of all, Dr. Madden-Heinzen!

They did a lot for her the visit ,medicine and trimmed her nails for only 77 dollars. While I was there I watch some animals come in that were injured and needed emergency treatment. It was just like a hospital the way they rushed the dog into emergency care. She was very old anda couple of weeks later she developed some other health issues she could not recover fromso I had to have her put down. I took her there there were very nice and compasinate. They had us a speacial room where we could say our good byes and later sent me a very nice card signed by everyone. We are hoping to get another dog soon and I intend to take her there.

Dr. Madden-Heinzen is a miracle worker. I would not trust my pets to any other veterinarian anywhere. She is the very BEST!
