I think that they should have done this for free. There was one worker that came out to fix the leak, it did not take very long.

Scott Nienow laid out the different options for a new furnace without any sales pressure. They installed our new furnace on the date they said they would, removed the old one and left our basement cleaner than when they started. They found that the new furnace was not working as efficiently as it should and tracked down a block gas line which they fixed. We feel they did an outstanding job and would highly recommend them.

Had nothing but problems with furnace after install. Contacted the manufacturer and found that they sold us a 6 year old furnace with no updates as new. Charged us the same price as a brand new one too. After we caught them they did replace it with a new one. Service was terrible and they did not return calls or show up on time.

The work was done to our great satisfaction.  The installer was considerate enough to run the battery box for the gas control unit into a space on the side of the firebox that is easily accessible without disturbing the unit within the fireplace.  These batteries will require occasional replacement and the design of the gas control unit is to have them tucked deep inside a box that sits inside the fireplace, which would have been difficult to access.  So placing those for our convenience is greatly appreciated.
The work of drilling a hole through a concrete fire box, with a metal enclosure several inches beneath it, and then through a wooden floor board into the basement area in order to run a gas line can be a challenging feat.  I was able to assist the installer with some of that tricky feeding of the gas line to help make things go more smoothly when working on two sides of a barrier.  I'm sure he could have done it by himself if I hadn't offered to assist, but it was a simple task and saved him some time and frustration.
After getting the gas log installed, tested out and adjusted for appearance, the installer then moved over to fixing the small gas leak that was found at the joint of one fitting in the connection to the gas stove top.  He was able to quickly disassemble, clean and reassemble the leaking fitting - and now we no longer have a slight gas smell when we open that cabinet.
The gas log set looks great and we have fired it up every evening we are in the living room relaxing at the end of a cold winter's day.  We have gotten a lot of compliments from those that have seen it and hope to get many years of use out of it.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I called. We needed just routine maintenance and checking of our furnace and air conditioner. Cost was given over the phone, as was an estimate of two hours of work. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He went to work right away after a few brief questions about our house and the systems we used. The tech worked efficiently, first on the furnace, then outside on the A/C unit. He took time to show me several things that I could do to help keep the system working efficiently. The tech took extra time to make sure the A/C was properly cleaned, since it had been a few years since it was checked. The total time was just over two hours, and the cost was the same that what was given over the phone. The service was excellent and I would gladly recommend this company for service.
