Kevin Miller - Coldwell Banker

I was assigned an agent from this office because of the area I was looking at and the price I was willing to pay. He was supposedly an expert with foreclosures. The agent (Steve Mauer) seemed decent at first but turn ugly quicky. I told him I was pre-approved for a loan and that we were in a hurry. The weather that time of year was pretty bad but considering he lived here all his life I would think he would be ready for it. He showed us houses twice and on the third scheduled vist we had to cancel because of an emergency. He was very difficult to contact and when he did respond it took a long time (two days). When we came back to town we tried to contact him and he told us he was having trouble getting to his office because of the weather and he would call us when he arrived. He never did call and did not answer our calls. The next day he sent me an email that was rude and stated he would only continue to show us houses if we provided him with a copy of our pre-approval. I have bought five houses in my lifetime and I have never had to prove up front that I could pay for one. This also told me that he felt that I was lying to him. I cannot believe this person is still dealing with clients and hopefully this will save someone else from thisvery unprofessional agent.
