Kali Hot Tub Repair

Description of Work: We had a Hot Tub leak, so we called around and found Kali Hot Tub Repair in Manitowoc, Discoussed the problem on the phone with a guy names Dave. He came over, stood around and said, I am sure a can of liquid tub repair will work. We questioned him on that, as I have used liquid sealers in radiators over the years, and none of them worked. He said, this WILL work just great. Well my understanding is that he then left our house, went to GT Spa's in Manitowoc. ( They recommend him to do repairs), returned to our house about 45 mins later, dumped in the can, gave us some instructions as to how long we were to operate the hot tub before draining it. He then requested a check for approximately $185.00 and left. 3 days later when we drained the hot tub as requested and refilled it, I called him again as the unit was STILL leaking. Well, guess hat? No return phone calls. Only reason we knew he was still around is he quickly cashed our check! Folks, if you need hot tub repair, aave yourself the embarrassment of paying this guy. Run to your toilet, throw your cash in, and quickly flush! It will be more fun! As the old saying goes, when it comes to this business, Don't walk - RUN!
