He was on time, and thorough. I believe he did inspect everything required to satisfy our mortgage lender. Price was very fair. I would hire him again.

We chose Brian Hamachek ourselves, based on stellar earlier reviews we found online about his business. We had an appointment set up for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017. We, along with our buyer's agent realtor arrived just before 2:00, and Brian was already busy at work climbing around on the roof of the house. He was an easy person to work with. He explained everything he was doing, taking the time to answer our many questions about this home. He checked a lot of things. The roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, furnace, central air conditioning unit, gutters and downspouts, siding, water pressure... this list just goes on and on. He even went up into the attic part to check things out and came back down with insulation all over himself; and some insulation had dropped down onto the carpeting. He cleaned up every bit! We were impressed with Brian's thoroughness. He inspected things I didn't even know needed to be inspected, and we felt confident in his assessment of the inspection. It is a 25 year old home with 1888 square feet. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, but professional at the same time. He takes pictures and gives you a complete inspection report on the spot when he is finished with the inspection, all printed out nicely in easy to read detail, and placed in a nice folder. Takes a good 2-1/2 to 3 hours to complete. We feel it was money well spent to know that all the major things were inspected by someone unbiased who has no particular interest in the property. We felt the price he charged was very fair as well. We would definitely recommend Brian Hamachek for your next home inspection! Thank you, Brian! Clay and Connie
