It was easy to deal with them

Service was fast and they knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. The part was ordered while I was there and they offered to pick me up/drop me off at work which helped immensely. Once the part was in, it took maybe an hour to have the seat removed, replace the part and do the oil change. They are good about fitting you into their schedule, even if it was busy like it was when I came to them. Safety First, and the seatbelt was needed for me and my wife.
