The work was completed and in 2009 I noticed one of the windows was not wraped properly and when I saw them at the homes show in 2010 I told Mike about this. Because of the location of the window I had not noticed it and ask him if they could come by and look at it. I also told him I understood how it could be missed. He said they would and I took him at his word. But the window was never properly wrapped. In 2011 I saw Mike and Carl and asked them again about the window in March of 2011 at the home show and they said would take care of it. It has been two months now and I have called them numerous times. It took them a month before they said they came by and measured it. Now it has been 2 months and still the window has not been repaired. There are other things not done (duct work not connected and switch no longer works) but I can live with them but I want the window fixed and since I paid them for the work and they told me they would take care of it. I do not understand why I have to go through some trouble to get this done. Carl is no longer retuning my call and my calls to him are going unanswered. The whole thing was unpleasant while he was doing the work I constantly had to call him and get him to come out and finish the repairs because he had started something else. If you use them be sure to inspect every detail because once they get the money they are GONE!!!

Got estimate on 10/26 to install 2 new exterior doors, agreed to get them in before Christmas. Contractor never showed up on scheduled work date and didn't even call. I called him and left several messages for a week; the last message I told him I would find someone else for the job if he didn't call me back; he called that night and changed the date to the first week in January and said he got behind, I told him all he had to do was call and tell me. First and second week of January came and went . NO SHOW again and no phone call either. Don't waste your time on this guy.
