They do service promptly and they do it right. The workers are very friendly. When they do anything, they give a free car wash.

The service center has always had professional and friendly staff. I've been taking my Hyundai vehicle here for preventative maintenance (oil changes, vehicle inspections) for a few years and have also had larger services completed here as well. They always do a thorough job. Service sometimes take a while if you wait, but they have loaner vehicles available upon request, and always finish the job with a car wash and vacuum. Fair pricing for the quality of service. I've never felt like they recommended services that were unnecessary.

They carried a number of OEM parts for Saturn, making it convenient, and the parts department has an employee who used to work for their Saturn dealership. They can also make original Saturn keys, rather than just copies. Prices are of course a bit higher since it is dealer pricing. In this particularly instance I ended up waiting longer than expected as they had to run to another location to pick up the key blanks and there was some kind of unexpected delay with the delivery driver.

Went fine but service took several hpurs

The service writers in my opinion are extremely oriented toward pushing for additional sales of simple services which are exhorbitantly priced. Examples include changing a cabin air filter for $65.00 (retail cost elsewhere $14) or changing a light bulb $25 (retail cost elsewhere 2 for $1.95) When I get service, the smiling faces are overshadowed by the unneeded service sales attempts.

The overall service was great. The service department is great too; my girlfriend has always been happy with them. There was something wrong with the armrest as soon as she purchased the car but they took care of it right away.

We have been using their services for about 5 years now. I like that they are very attentive to our needs. They make scheduling an appointment very easy.
