Scheduling happened through a central office. I was able to book service two days out from the move. The movers called on the day of service to indicate that they would be able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Movers were courteous and attentive as I explained what needed to be moved. Items included a bed, a couch, and three bookcases.
Pros: Moving was done promptly and cleanly with good use of protective equipment and the items made it to their intended locations in the new house with no problems. The movers were pleasant to work with.
Con: I also wanted an elliptical machine moved, which they turned out to be unable to get through the doors/hallway without disassembling it. They explained that they could do this but could not be responsible for reassembly on the receiving end so we decided to skip this.
