Took a while, but had over 20 windows. Was finished and put in 3 days, cost was great, and they have been wonderful for over a year now. 2 months from initial bid to finished product. Were flexible and well worth the wait because of the price!

When we called for an estimate, they set up an appointment promptly at a time that was convenient for us.  The presentation was very good, detailed and the salesman was able to answer our questions.  Because we had a limit on what we could afford to spend we had to revise our first estimate to not include the garage service door, and this seemed to cause some confusion with the office after the paperwork was filed.  When they sent us the revised contract to sign, several items were not as they should be.  We had to make several phone calls to the corporate office and send back 2 additional contracts until it was corrected.  We had been told it would be several weeks before the order came in and it could be installed.  We didn't hear anything and our phone calls to our sales person were not returned.  After about 5 weeks we called the corporate office and and were then able to schedule the installation,  Everything went very smoothly with the installation and the windows and especially the front door look great and are keeping out the cold air.

I like them very much.  They have done two installations for me.  They are fair with the pricing.  The salesman was knowledgeable.  They took accurate measurements, and I like the windows.  They were here on time.

I spent about $4400 for their services. We are happy with the windows. The windows are really good and the people who came out to install them were good at what they did. They were fast, but the customer service that we experienced with the company was kind of lousy. We had a big issue with the rebate at the end of the year. We were told that we would have our windows installed and we were assured by the customer service representative who came out. So, we signed the contract. We were assured by the representative that it would be done and installed before the end of the year, but the end of the year came and went. Then when we tried to call the company, they were very unapologetic. It was pretty much too bad and we were very unhappy with that. We had to schedule the installation about three different times before it finally got done. We weren’t happy with the way the people in the office dealt with it. They didn’t resolve the deadline issue, but the workers who actually came out and did the work were very good. They did a very professional job. So, we were very happy with the people who actually came to our home and we are happy with the windows that are installed. It was kind of a nightmare dealing with the customer service representatives. We dealt with the customer service representatives and then with the workers who actually came and did the work. One was great and I wouldn’t want to do business with the others. The workers were like subcontractors. We are happy with the end product because we got what we needed. However, I don’t think I would use their services again.
