Window Design Center (WDC) was established on January 1st, 1994 and has been serving Madison and surrounding communities for over 22 years. We are dedicated, focused window and door professionals with thousands of successful projects spanning through 5 states with an upper midwest emphasis. Being design focused, we ask the tough questions to ensure we create the best possible outcomes. Our jobs range from $500,000 to $500, commercial to residential, and historic to modern. We pride ourselves on supporting the architectural community and our team has developed positive working relationships with hundreds of design professionals and specialists. lied about having shredded the information and that Marvin had shredded the information. I believe that before I purchase, the proposal for the windows belongs to the provider, but after I pay $20,000 dollars for the windows, a copy of what I purchased belongs to me. Provider states by email he will never give me the information I would like to provide the purchaser of my home.
I have since gotten the information from Marvin, but provider would not give us the P.O. number and it took almost an hour for Marvin to find the information. Window Design Center is not representative of business practice in this industry according to Marvin. Window Design Center lied to me and gave me a price $130.00 over the normal cost of the window I needed. Other dealers have confirmed Window Design Center are not good people to deal with.

This would essentially lead to our business paying for work to be done for one of our competitors. I understand you will not be satisfied with this explanation but I hope in time you can come to understand why we must follow this rule. It is against our core values to lie to anyone, especially a customer, and I am sorry you feel that we mistreated you. We were honest and open with you when explaining the situation throughout. I am happy Marvin was able to resolve the situation as they are our proud partners and we [Member Information Removed] been in business with them for over 22 years.
