Wholesale Flooring Distribution

The initial meeting went well. Sherri was great at understanding what sort of tile we were looking for and she suggested additional products that would put a nice finishing touch on the bathroom.  
Our project was delayed a bit, so we waited to order the tile for a few months. When we were ready to order, I had a hard time reaching Sherri. After trying a few times and leaving some messages, I transferred my call to another employee, set up the order and made payment. Sherri emailed me to let me know that the order had been put in and that the payment had cleared.
Come a few weeks later, it was getting close to the starting date for our remodel. We hadn't heard anything from Prosource so I tried to call them. Again, I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone in the store to get an update on our order. After several phone calls and messages left I managed to get a hold of Sherri, and she told us that our tile had come in to the store the previous week. 
I wish they would have told us that our tile had arrived, or been more responsive to phone calls. They seem to carry such nice products- it's picking up your order that seems to be the issue.

The sales rep Kelly Hickman was a very knowledgeable resource and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever and he helped us get what we needed. On installation we encountered a problem with the flooring product and he got the problem solved quickly (problem was caused by the manufacturer(. He even drove out personally to bring the new product--in addition, Prosource upgraded our flooring (without cost to us) when it turned out the manufacturer had miscommunicated the installation recommendations. Great service. Maybe could have found a little bit cheaper price, but never someone who stood behind what they sell. That was well worth the few hundred bucks we night have saved buying on the Internet.
