I cannot praise the staff at Whole Pet enough! It is quite clear that every vet and staff member there cares tremendously about their "clients", and the owners as well! We have 2 dogs, each with separate chronic medical issues, so often at routine visits and other appointments we have a lot of questions. We have never been rushed, our answers have always been answered, or been emailed extensive followup information if a question required more research. The staff always provides a price range before the appointment even begins, so that you know what to expect, and they work with you to make the best medical and financial choices for your pet. We have been so happy with the care our dogs have received, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the downtown area.

Overall, the service has been outstanding! She loves standard poodles, and really all dogs. I've told many friends about her. She's been great; very thorough, professional, and kind. She really interacts with the pets and makes sure the pet feels comfortable.

I just adopted my dog from the Humane Society on Saturday so this was our first checkup. Everybody was really nice and gave my dog lots of spray cheese to keep her happy while they examined her. Dr. Caldwell and her assistant did a great job even though my dog Katy was kinda freaked out.

This is a great clinic. Very professional. The doctors are very good at the services they provide. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr Caldwell is an exceptional person and vet! I made a mistake at my dog's annual checkup and neglected to get her a vaccine she needs to participate in dog training classes. I called Whole Pet Vet and told them the story and made an appointment to come back. Later that after noon (on a Saturday) my doorbell rings and it's Dr. Caldwell! She had been on my side of town and stopped by to give my dog the vaccine at my house. Whoa - now that's what I called service! I have enjoyed working with both Dr. Caldwell and Dr Olson. They are not the cheapest vets in town, but not the most expensive. They are wonderful vets and really care about your pet. Highly recommended.

The vets and vet techs were understanding and helpful. They eased my kitty out with treats, and let her roam around the exam room before examining her. Very thorough examination - everything checked from claws to teeth and everything in between! One of the exam rooms has an extended window that allows the kitty to sit and watch birds during the exam. The vet staff is easily accessible via e-mail - I've corresponded with the doctor herself since my appointment to resolve a night meowing problem!

Very impressed by Dr Caldwell who was kind, professional, and very thorough in explaining options and answering questions. (My dog loved her.) Well-informed on both traditional and holistic approaches to nutrition, vaccinations, etc. Great vet techs as well who clearly love animals. Very reasonable rate and gives cost estimate in advance. Wish the place were closer to where I live, but seems well worth the drive.

Dr. Olson and Dr. Caldwell are co-vets. They are our regular vet for our family pets. Everyone is very friendly. This was an unfortunate experience, but they did a great job to include my 10 yr old daughter in every step of treating the bunny's illness, and made this option a very humane choice since all other options had been exhausted. They really went above and beyond to explore all other options, and make sure that my daughter was OK with the final decision of ultimately having to put the bunny down.

Whole Pet Veterinary Clinic is a very new office which was started about a year ago. She has been the same veterinarian who I have been taking my cats to for years now which was just kind of a loyalty thing when she moved. She is very compassionate, friendly and professional. She is a good veterinarian. It's time for me to take my cats back to her again. The price that she charges is probably average and is in par with everybody else around here. I know her from my high school days.
