They are wonderful. They are outstanding and local. I had them quite a few times and they really do a nice job on your carpet, they also clean hardwood floors which is a new thing, I found out they just do but they brought me special cleaning because my dog got sick, they said, "This is what you should use," and they explained to me why. The one in the red container for the carpet cleaning, they said don't use it and they explained the whole thing about the enzyme and they showed me where I'd use it, how it turns the carpet color and they are just so accommodating. They come in, they clean up after themselves, I had them come and do just a little spot in the dining room and they said they would clean their way out because they had to come see the living room so they cleaned their way out also. I have 6 dogs so they've been here a couple of times. They're more expensive than Stanley Steamer but these guys don't use your water or anything which I understand Stanley Steamer comes in and uses your water where these guys come with a truck and they just bring the hose in and it's all run out of their truck, you don't have any of that mess, it's just a hole that they attach to their truck and they came into my front door and cleaned it right up, it was wonderful. My dog got sick twice so the first time they came, they charged me $125 and what they did was a small dining room area and a hallway and a spot down in the basement. Then this time because it was a week later, she gets sick again, they came and they charged me $100 and they said, "We're giving a 20% discount," so they gave me a discount because I was a repeated customer and they brought me more carpet cleaning bottle because they knew that I would use it and they cleaned the spot out there and it was nice. I thought that was very fair because they had to bring their truck, you still have the labor and the house call so I didn't think $100 was bad but this time again they cleaned the dining room and they cleaned themselves out again and then they said, "Well we might as well do the hallway over here too." So I don't know if you can get 3 small rooms done for $125, it could be that if that way, because I have a rent house so it's kind of small, but I think it was a fair pricing and I know a friend that lives in Cherokee which is a more upscale neighborhood, they use White Knight and she said she would use anyone else because they had 2 or 3 different ones and I had at least 3 other friends that have all gave a really good recommendation. So I would say they should have them on Angie's List website as a good carpet cleaner. I don't like them to do the carpets more than it needs to because it's hard on the carpet to clean it all again but I think they probably would have.

They did an excellent job. We have used them in the past and used them now because of their quality work. They were on time and did the work efficiently.

They came out quickly, reviewed the situation and presented me with a detailed proposal on what they would do and how much it would cost. The price was quite a bit more than I anticipated but I don't believe they did anything unnecessary. Adding significantly to the cost was the rental cost of the big fans and especially the humidifier. Yet it was very important to get the carpet dry quickly, and the big equipment did the job as promised, and it most likely has saved the carpet. The treatment happened over 4 days, with the company being very flexible on when they came back out to check progress, move fans, etc. When they felt I needed fewer fans, they removed them to save me money. All in all, I was very satisfied and my basement doesn't even smell.

They were prompt and efficient and the price was competitive. They offered a senior discount as well.
