I've been with them since January 2003.  They have great personnel and customer service.  Their policies are customer oriented rather than profit oriented.  I always feel they treat me with my best interests in mind.

I first started using their services after a recommendation by my employer. When I first came to them to use their services, I was having a hard time financially and I barely met their standards. They took a chance on me. I have been using their services for about eleven years now. I have used their services for banking, credit cards, auto loans, other loans, and also for a mortgage. Their paperwork was much more thorough and service oriented. They had everything spelled out so clearly that I didn't have to ask many questions. When I once had an issue with identity theft, they caught it, contacted me, and I received all of my money back. They were very efficient about it as well. They don't try to exploit their clients and instead, they go out of their way to serve them. I have been totally thrilled with their services.

I'm pretty much using all of my services through UWCU - mortgage, auto, premium checking, savings, money market, COD, and even a safety deposit box. Each of the rates have been competitive if not the best in the state. If you are in the Madison area, there really is no better option out there if you do your homework.

UW is very cooperative and competive. They have always had the lowest rates for the loans that I've needed to take out. I've never delt with any fees on any of the accounts. They have great customer service, are very prompt and a great online system as well. They are all around helpful.

They help me with checking, saving and loan services and I love the facility. I will use them again in the future.

I have been using them since college. The bank is convenient and the fees are low. They are easy to use. There is no hassle, and it is low maintenance.
