This company offered to give us a free estimate on the cost of updating our attic insulation. The salesman was very professional and answered our questions very well. We were told that an experienced techician would come to our house and add the insulation and modify the vents in the attic as well. However, two very young and inexperienced guys came to do the work. They didn't cause any major problems, but when I called the office to express our disappointment things got even worse. The "supervisor" said he would come out to inspect the job the following week to make things right. He no-showed for that appointment (said he had gotten held up in Milwaukee and was about to call me, 30 minutes after the appointment) and then cancelled another time we tried to set-up. I'm pretty sure the insulation job was decent enough, but it was nowhere near worth the price we paid, and the company was extremely unprofessional in handling our complaints with the service.
