Our t.v. stopped working. We had used United 3 years ago and were very pleased with their work. So we called them again. They scheduled for the very next day to come out and look at the t.v. We wanted to know what was wrong and whether it was worth fixing and 8 year old t.v. or not.
The person on the phone was very responsive and the repairman showed up exactly on time. He meticulously and carefully opened the back of the t.v. and checked out the situation.
He then reported what was wrong and said how much it would cost to repair. We asked him if it was worth it and he said probably not. It was well worth the $69 to determine if it was worth repairing or not.
