They fertilized my lawn. I am the one who has the nicest lawn here in our neighborhood.

The quality is excellent. I don't have any problem with them.

They cleared out the problem quickly. They are great. I will hire them regularly

On the cost; I have a contract, I don't remember exactly.

We used them for years. I stopped using them. We had to put down our cat last year because he had a tumor on his heart and I just made up my mind it was because of the stuff they were putting on my crab-apple trees and I just won't use them anymore. I'm sure they use safe, but my heart broke. They were excellent. They were very good, they were very prompt, the lawn looked beautiful. It was hard to put him down. We paid monthly. $39 a month. The lawn really did look beautiful. They were very nice. They were very kind.

We have had them for years. The price was comparable with other companies. I have had them for 25 years now. They would come out and redo things if I asked them to. If I didn't think they covered an area they would come out and do it for me. They are good. They do good as other peoples lawn around here. Very professional. If I was home and asked them to do an area over again they would do it for me.

For years Trugreen did a good job. Always timley and competitive.
Recently their service manager change and after all this time decided they can not service our property. This only occurred after they caused damage to our property last year and again this year..

Very quick and professional with a noticeable change in the condition of our lawn.

The came on 7/10 and did a regularly scheduled application. By 7/13 my lawn started to turn brown, in spots. I called tru gree and it took them until today to send someone out to look at what was done. The tru green representative, Stephanie Leverington,  advised me that the individual who did the application on 7/10 was a new employee and he did it incorrectly. She said she was sorry that it happened, that's it. I then called tru green talked to someone named Rich, he said he was a manager. I told him how upset I was about what Stephanie had told me. He said people made mistakes, it happens, he said. He said he would send a supervisor out to look at the damage they had caused. Thereafter, a supervisor came to my house and by telephone he confirmed what Stephanie had told me. He said the lawn should be fine by August, that I just needed to water my lawn 10 min every day. No offer to reimburse me for the cost of the application, nothing, just that I needed to water every day at my expense, for my time and the cost of the water. I am outraged at their behavior and I will never use their service again.

They were here when they said they would. The lawn was in pretty bad shape, by the end of the summer it was looking good. They did a nice job whatever they put on it.

It was good and generally acceptable. They did damage some areas of the grass but they did re-spot and correct the issue. I would say they are quite prompt. They called ahead of time and came when they said they would.

They charge $78 per service and they're great.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time.

For the past years we had a very competent gentleman who really knew lawns and cared for our lawn with pride. Then he was replaced with a young man who has not been trained well or supervise. We have had to call several times to tell the office the entire lawn had not been treated. The truck was parked on the lawn and leaked, which killed a section of lawn.
The office phone  staff is well trained in customer service procedures. My husband insisted that a manager come out to the house so we could go over the issues. It was requested this manager call first so my husband could be there. He came without calling and indicated that issues with the lawn were taken care of by leaving a note. He never did call my husband .
We were very happy we had not done automatic  charge card payment which the company always tried to promote. We were able to without payment till the job had been done. I would recommend others do the same.
I think service is really dependent on the person  delivering and not consistent across the company.

Pay for yard services. Fertilizer,weed control, ect. Every time I have problems with weed control and ask them to come and resray they come up with an excuse of why they cant or shouldnt until my next appointment. Their guarantee is that they will come back out if there is any problems between appointments! Have received bills when they haven't provided the service. Again, another excuse! I recently asked to speak with a manager about horrible service and it has been 2 weeks with no call! Asked at that time for someone to come out and spray weeds. My next appointment is July 17th, so of course they didn't bother to show, AGAIN!! I will be canceling all services tomorrow! I have used them for 10 years and in the last 3 years it has gotten horrible. They keep raising their prices and lowering their standards! DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. Customer service is HORRIBLE and you will get no help! Maybe they have gotten to big and no longer feel the need to be friendly, effective, or personable!

They came and did the first application of fertilizer on 5/8.  On 6/4 I called to find out when they would be doing the aeration and seeding.  Was then told they could not do the aeration and seeding because it was too late in the season - I'd have to wait until the fall.  Was told the original sales rep, who I spoke with on 5/2, should never have sold me this service because it was already too late when I called according the the persona I spoke with on 6/4.  Now I am left with a bare lawn that is quickly filling up with weeds - NO GRASS.

The company had an employee going door to door passing out fliers. I talked to them about what I needed done and the service provider agreed to do the job.

I ordered a TruGreen complete plan, which included weeds, aeration, over seeding, grub bug control, winter streak stress recovery, root stimulation, etc. We set up an appointment and I paid them for the year, but they never showed up or even called. I tried contacting them and they contacted the employee that was suppose to be out to do it. He confirmed with me he would be out that night, but he never showed up.

This makes me angry because I feel I shouldn't have to keep up on them to get them out here after I have already paid.

They regularly spray the lawns of the large apartment complex where I live with pesticide and weed killer, but they post very few and quot;poisonand quot; signs to warn that children and pets should stay off the grass right after treatment. There are a lot of children and small dogs living in the complex, and the company should be posting warnings at every entry door. It seems very irresponsible, unethical, and unprofessional to spray poison and not warn people properly. Many of their chemicals pose real health and safety concerns, according to the EPA.

We have been using them for several years. We are very happy with their prices, professionalism and service. We had an infestation of bugs once and they treated the lawn for free.
