Quote was good and the salesperson was personable. The contract negotiation went well. They started on time, and the work was completed on time. That's when things went bad.
The crew did a lot of damage to the facia (trim) around the house. Plus it was evident the job was rushed, because the shingle lines are poor. Shingles should be installed in straight lines parallel to the gutter and ridgeline; instead, they followed a wavy arc. This probably won't reduce the life of the roof, but it looks bad.
Getting the trim repaired took about 4 months. The original salesperson was fired, and no one bothered to inform me or follow up. It took many phone calls to finally get the management team to respond.
