The Kruse Company Realtors

We had one realtor recommended to us by an acquaintance and wanted to have at least one other to compare.  I found The Kruse Company on Angie's list and contacted them.  Beth Junge (the owner) came out and spent time going thoroughly over what she could do and what our part was in selling and patiently answered our questions.  She was always responsive to emails or phone calls and kept in touch through our long period before closing.  We would recommend Beth as a realtor - she listens and answers questions clearly and respectfully.

This company was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home go smoothly.  They were generous with their time, patient with our questions, and allowed us to accept an offer on our home within 60 days.  I highly recommend this company and would choose to do business with them in the future.

Beth was wonderful to work with.  We are so thankful that we were able to work with her in our home selling and buying process.  The thing that stood out most about Beth is that she is a wonderful and honest person.  This was so important to us during this process as we had to ask a lot of questions in order to understand what we were doing.  
During the selling process she was very prompt in getting feedback from the potential buyers and really stayed on top of the people interested.  Once we had an offer, Beth made all of the paperwork doable and easy to understand.  During the process of looking for a new home the website the Kruse Company Realtors uses is easy to understand and helped to filter though all of the homes out there.  
During the showings of potential homes, Beth was always honest and knowledgeable.  We never felt pressured and it never felt as if she was just trying to make a sale.  When we found "the house" she was very patient with us as we wanted to see if a few times and have our families come to give their opinion.  Beth knew just when to be involved in our decisions and when to let us discuss ourselves.  After our offer was accepted for our new home and we closed on it we found out that it was because of her we got this house.  There were multiple offers, but ours was chosen because it was known she was easy to work with and it was a good offer.  I would recommend Beth to anyone looking for a Realtor!!

My wife and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent in helping us find a home.  Beth was extremely responsive.  She took time to explain the home buying process and to show us around the Madison area.
Once we found a house, she was exceeding helpful during the negotiation process.   When the seller proposed cutting her commission as a way to increase his return (kind-of a d@&$ move), Beth offered to handle the transaction for free if it meant that we could afford the house we want.   Thankfully, in the end, it didn't come to that.   However, the fact that she was will to work for free so that we could get the house we want, speaks volumes for the type of agent she is.  (I swear I am not a paid representative.)
She was great in negotiations, and helping us through closing.  I honestly could never ask for anything more.   I plan to recommend Beth to anyone who is ever looking to buy or sell a home in the Madison area.

We live in Kansas City, but think of retiring to Madison in the next 5 to 15 years.  I found Beth through Angie's List, and told her our situation.  She said she is perfectly willing to work with us even though it may be years before we actually buy something.  She worked hard to learn what exactly we are looking for, found listings, set up viewings, gave us references to inspectors and lawyers, and consulted on what an offer looks like in Wisconsin.  She gave us a great deal of information and help.  We are back in Kansas City for now, but Beth continues to send us updates on the properties.  We will definitely work with her in the future.

Beth Junge at the Kruse Company was recommended to us by our mortgage broker. She was outstanding. She helped us find a house quickly even though we had pretty specific criteria. She offered us excellent advice during the negotiations and got us the house for two thousand dollars less than we'd been prepared to pay. Every single change that was made in the negotiations was signed off on and faxed for our approval by Beth. When the radon test came back high she had the seller install a Radon Removal System. She made sure our closing went quickly and smoothly. We can't recommend Beth highly enough. In the four years since we've bought the house we've contacted her several times with questions about local service providers, etc. and she has always responded quickly and been a terrific help. Beth is a real professional and by far the best realtor we've ever worked with.

I heard about Beth from multiple people at my office and ended up settling on her to help me with my moving needs. Beth was great, walking me through the whole process beforehand and helping me to realize what I liked and didn't like about various properties and assisting me with applying that knowledge to future possibilities.

We heard about Kruse Company Realtors from a friend, and it turns out that most of their business comes to them from word-of-mouth rather than advertising. We decided to try them out, and after the initial visit we were immediately impressed with Beth's low-key and friendly attitude which matched ours quite well. She seemed like someone who doesn't have to have a lot of flash, because she knows her profession very well and is comfortable with people. After agreeing to use her services, she began sending us house offerings which fit within our parameters around town. When we saw one we wanted to examine, we just emailed or called her and set up a visit. She was available most of the time we were, evenings and weekends. Occasionally she brought her young daughter with her because of the lack of babysitting, but this did not happen often and wasn't a problem when it did. (This was in 2007.) We searched many houses over perhaps 2 months before we found the one we really liked. Then she worked with us and the other agent to get a good offer on the house and jump through the hoops of inspection, obtaining a mortgage, and checking the legalese. This took another month or so. Then we jumped to the closing date a couple months later and moved in a month after that. I suppose the process was pretty quick for us, but she mentions having some clients who searched for years for the right home, and she was fine with that. The company website explains the "anatomy of a purchase" clearly, which was also helpful for techie-type new house buyers.
