The Electric Needle

The shop was very helpful and my machine is working fine. They cleaned and adjusted the machine and listed very specifically what they had found and what the had done.

I was provided a quotation when I dropped off the machine. Work was performed within the time line provided and the charges were well within the quote I was given.

Great have both of my machine back and they are working great. The one was my mom's and is well over 50 years old.

When we picked up the machine, they had a sheet of everything they did and took the time to explain it.  They basically cleaned and lubed everything. They commented on where there was fuzz that they cleaned out, where they lubed it, how dry a certain area was and how often to bring it in for service. Very thorough and very detailed in the explanation of work performed. They then tested the machine (with details of the needle and type of fabric they tested with) and showed us the test strips.
My wife commented the sewing machine works the best it ever has.
They also offered to have us bring in the machine and anyone in the family that was interested and they would do an hour training for the machine and how to use it for all of us that were interested for a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend Needle Essentials.  Would give them and A+ if it were possible!

They looked at our machine right away when we brought it in and gave a quote.  Took a couple things apart and with just the visual was able to assure us that the parts looked good and all it needed was a cleaning,  She advised us that it could take up to two weeks to do the work, but within 5 days called us back and said it was ready to go.  Very, very pleased!

Although parts are no longer available for this old machine, they did get it running like new. Owners are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.  When the day comes that my old friend no longer works, I will definitely purchase a new machine at Electric Needle!

My sewing machine had been acting up (mess of bobbin thread on the bottom when I was sewing) for awhile and it finally got to the point where it had to be dealt with. I looked at google reviews and ended up trying the electric needle since it was the only shop that had good reviews consistently. Turns out it was a really good call. One of the workers sat down with me immediately and started asking questions to diagnose the problem. They were thoughtful questions, and even though they couldn't reproduce the problem there, he and Jen (the owner) kept looking for a cause. In the end, a tiny part of the bobbin casing was the culprit, and they bent the spring back for me. All in all, it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
