Barry Mirkin hosted an open house at a condo that I found by searching the internet. The condo that he was selling did not meet my requirements, but he offered to show me the ones on the list that I had compiled. After considering his offer for a few days, I called him and he arranged a tour. Since his firm is Condo Shoppe I expected that he would know more about condo's that a lot of other agents. He helped me with a number of questions about buying a condo. Even though I have owned a condo for 25 years, working with a specialist helped me a lot.
