We have a password and login that are really long now. I'm sure that somewhere we can change them, but they don't make that obvious.

Went very well, he worked with me to chase down the issue, which turned out to be at a switch box down the street. Very quick response, polite, professional, apologized for the problem.

Pretty awful. Each time I called I got a different customer representative, which is fine, but they clearly were not talking with each other. I was given different information; one person seemed to know more than another; one person would tell me I had a defective modem while another said the modem was fine (this was after I had to request another one). Services I asked for were not on my order and services that were on my order I did not ask for! Maybe one out of 15 customer representatives I talked to said, "I'm sorry for all the inconvenience." This was after I waited three days from 8-5 for a representative to show up. They were very clear that they were coming "tomorrow." That happened three times. Amazing. While now, several weeks later, service seems fine, (though the DSL is not as fast as I expected) the beginning service was terrible. There was little reason why I would have chosen TDS except for the fact that I my order was already in, and the phone was switched.
