I had 4 different companies come out and provide estimates. Taylor Wood Floors was not the lowest price, but was on the lower end. I chose Taylor because Jim responded promptly, was very personable when explaining the process including fixing a 4'x6' section of the floor, did an accurate measurement of the floor in order to provide the estimate, and was a good price.
The experience was great. He returned my calls promptly, he was punctual, friendly and professional when he came out to do the estimate as well as when he came out to do the work. He explained the process and what to expect. And the floors look fantastic!
