 + -1 moreDoorbell rang. I let him in, he went into the basement to work on the phone lines, went outside to install filters, set up my modem, and was all done and about to leave. I asked him if the security code had been set up on the modem. Even though that is not part of their job, he sat down at my computer, waited 5 minutes for the slow beast to boot up, and set up the modem the way my previous modem had been set up. He verified that all was OK, and then was on his way. A pleasant, efficient chap who knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: I had my internet upgraded from 4 Meg to 15 Meg. The rep came to the house, made sure the phone lines were properly filtered, installed a new modem, and now I am up and running.
