He's a down to earth guy, that takes pride in the job and wont settle for junk work from subs, so you can trust that you wont be giving him an extensive punch list. The windows on the property look and work great, as does the siding and roof.

I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone! We were in the process of moving and simply could not do the work ourselves. We turned a key over to Nick and he handled the rest. When there were questions he called and when not, he simply got the job done. He has amazing subs and employees that work with him. This guy is nothing but professional, believes in doing great work and puts the customers needs at the top of his list. I am sorry to be leaving Madison simply because I would always know who to call for home repair from now on. Nick! We had three bids all from Angie's List contractors. His prices are very competitive and he's the best. Calling Nick is a no lose proposition. Also, this is the first time I have hired someone from Angie's list and it is the first time I have ever written a review other than a couple times on Yelp. I believe in this guy and I know you should give him a call for a bid!

I've always used Nick as my go-to guy fro handyman style repairs.  He does solid work and he's reliable.  My happiness is important to him and he always does his punch list quickly, or is happy to make tweaks to the requested work as necessary.

In this case I had him fix my house up for sale prior to putting it on the market.  Just a lot of daunting odds and ends that are on most "honey do" lists but needed to be done quickly in this case.  Nick made it happen for me, and at what I think was a fair price.

Nick is fantastic.  In both cases, his communication was prompt and very clear. He gave clear estimates and stuck with them.  The carpentry on the screen door was very good. And he is very thoughtful about the project, figuring out ways to meet my goals.

What's even more impressive is how he followed through on his work. As he was fixing my screen door, he noticed that my new driveway had some flaws. He contacted the concrete company and made sure to find a resolution. In the process, he even managed to save me money.

Numerous repairs were completed in order for us to close on time. Repairs included painting, plumbing, carpentry ,etc. I would use him again as I was impressed by how quickly the work was done.
