We are out-of-state so I contacted 3 Madison realtors to do some research on condos before we flew in for a long weekend. Sue was the only one who took the time to answer our questions fully and educate us on the real estate market in Madison. We visited the city for a long weekend. Sue spend time showing us a range of condos all over the city. By day 4, we had found a condo, made an offer and did the rest of the transaction from out-of-state. Sue is the consummate professional, on-time, organized and fully committed. Plus she is very pleasant company. She gives you the information you need but also the space to decide for yourself. Better than I could have imagined. Sold in less than 5 months for the price I was asking. But more importantly Sue answered every question I had, kept me calm through the inspections etc. She called or emailed me almost immediately every time I needed to contact her. In addition, she prepared me for each step. Explaining what I had to do, what the potential buyer had to do, how long things would take, who I could contact if I needed estimates. The closing went smoothly. No surprises and both sides happy with the outcome.

We have known Sue for more than 24 years. She sold us our current home in 1993 where we were happy to raise our 3 kids. Now our kids are grown, and we were ready to find a new place where we can retire and be closer to our grown kids and grandkids. She has also helped our daughter and her in-laws find new homes within the past couple years. Sue has many years of experience, knows the ropes inside and out and LOVES her job! Because of her vast knowledge, she know how to get the job done, no matter the obstacles.

I've sold several houses before and Sue was far and away the but realtor I've ever had. She handled negotiation perfectly and professionally with the potential buyers, and resulted in getting numerous offers over my asking price on day one. She goes the extra mile and helps with all aspects of the sale, assisted me with obtains contractors to do work etc. I highly highly recommend her.
