David responded to my phone message immediately. We scheduled a time for him to come to my weekend house. He had no problem meeting my weekend schedule. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, did an evaluation, and followed up his verbal recommendations with a written report that included his suggestions for three potential companies to perform the work needed.
