Mattresses, Furniture - Sales
When we fully understood what was happening, I called BS and told them this was worse than bate and switch. I wasted at least 2 hours of work time.

The salesman I work with is knowledgeable and a straight shooter who gives the pros and cons of different models and brands. I also like they throw in extras such as high quality pillows or other items to help with the sales process.
