This is the first year I have used Steele Home Repair and Remodeling for snow removal.  I was impressed with Phill when he wanted to meet to go over the contract and so I'd know who was plowing me out.   They have been prompt and have done and an excellent job of clearing the driveway and sidewalks every time they have been here. He has even come back and cleared out the end of the driveway after the city has gone through. I'll hire them again next year without hesitation.

Phil called within ten minutes of my leaving him a message.  
He arrived at the scheduled time we had agreed upon to provide me with an estimate for snow removal for the winter.  
He also made suggestions and provided important answers to questions I had not even thought to ask -- such as coming back to clear the driveway from snow after the city trucks had been through.   What a great service!  
Very professional and with his rapid response it didn't take much deciding after meeting with Phil to know that my snow removal worries were going to be a thing of the past.  
I requested a contract for the 2013/14 winter season.

Over all it was a great experience, they were very punctual and returned all my calls immediately. I really enjoyed having them work in my house and you cant even tell that they were here. Everything looks as good as new and I would definitely call them again.

The work went very well. Fritz was prompt and good about working with me on the schedule and letting me know when things were getting done. Part of the job was ordering a new door for the basement so there was some lag time, but Fritz was good at coordinating when the work would be done along with the arrival of the door. He also arranged for me to pay for the door directly which was easier and more straight-forward than reimbursement and he got the painted door for a good price. Fritz and Phillip cleaned up any messes created and were a pleasure to have around. I was happy to find Fritz and Phillip because the jobs I had were kind of unusual and varied so I didn't know if anyone would be able to do them all, but they did with no problems. I will definitely call Handy Man Solutions again in the future.
