We like them. They're a one-stop shop. We trust them. They do a good job. They're very friendly.

There are three things about the owner. I like the owner. He's honest. He's competent. He's very bright.

Their service is magnificent. Brian is great to work as well.

Did oil change and looked over vehicle. There was a tear in one of the wipe blades and it was replaced. Very professional and caring about vehicle. Appreciate checking over the entire vehicle. Will be back!!

I am a big fan of Spring Harbor Auto Clinic. They have done a great job and kept my cars going probably for 15 years; the last one I had and the one that is coming up on 10 years now. They are very reliable and very thorough. They do what needs to be done and do it in a very workmanlike fashion. I have referred several friends there, and they go out of their way to help some people. One of the things that I had liked about them is that some auto people will realize when they have got a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars and take some advantage of her. Everybody goes back to them because Brian is a straight shooter. Brian Mullane is the proprietor there. He oversees most of the work. It is just a small shop. He usually has a couple of other mechanics, and I have not gotten to know any of them. Brian and the other people are always hard at work. During my last visit, he didn’t even know what to charge me for. I insisted he take 5 bucks. The other thing he does is that he puts a little sticker on these days where it says when you last had your oil change and when it would be due for another one. I hadn’t run that many miles at this point in time, but by months’ it could have used new oil I guess and he said no. I said the mileage is more important than the months, and to go ahead and run it for a while. He is always fair on pricing and always very reliable.

Brian has been great to deal with over the 15 years or so we have been going to him. He is knowledgeable and gets the work done really quickly. I trust him completely.

Stopped in one day, was given an appt for a couple days later. Dropped off car, was given a ride to work, came back, he told me what he found. I decided to not replace the catalytic converter on the old car. Now I know why the check engine light is on -- not to worry. $50.

It all worked out SUPER.

I called to see when I could get my car in for service. I got the voicemail during business hours. After a couple days of playing phone tag (partially because of me and phone access) I was able to schedule service. I arrived and was attended to right away. I remained in the area to wait while service was done. I was called when my vehicle was ready and was again attended to promptly. Future service was recommended, but nothing was advised as being urgent.

We have been using them for 15 years. They are perfect in every way, competent and honest.

Excellent shop, they do what they'll say, they check with you if the job varies from the estimate, and the price always seems reasonable. Honest, good mechanics. It's a small shop and they often get busy so give as much notice as you can. They'll tell you if they can't get it done when you need it.

Great! Also very cheap. And Brian works really hard to get things done quickly. When we had one repair that still wasnt working right, he took the car back and fixed it again at no cost (and with no haggling or fuss).

They are honest and reliable.
