I got a call within the day of the appointment with results of the fecal sample test and before the end of the following day about the blood work. I have used Spring Harbor for 2 years and they have been great for my dog, who is very touchy and sometimes hard to handle. We have worked out ways to deal with him so that he can have the least stress--and so can I and those who handle him.

They are good with my dog. Dr. Pam is pretty straightforward with me. When I have questions, she's very patient and explains things in a manner I can understand. I feel like she's looking out for my dog - it's not about the money with her. I typically go in the morning, right when they open, and I never have had a wait time.

Everything went well. Puppy was fairly calm when retrieved.

It was incredible. It is usually easy to get an appointment and vets rotate weekends, so they even have Saturdays available. They are great with animals, even those with higher levels of care and need, incredibly patient, and their prices are very reasonable. I would not recommend anyone take any of their pets anywhere else.

The care of our 20 mo. old Yellow Lab has been consistently done, since we first found her, by veterinarian Dr. Noah Arnold at Spring Harbor Animal Hospital. Our experience has been ideal, no less. He's sharp and knowledgable, friendly and caring, and thoughtfully analytical as he assesses pets' needs. Especially appreciated is his ability to advise treatment (and maintenance recommendations) with the pet's welfare in mind; he doesn't pursue the unnecessarily complex and expensive. Spring Harbor Animal Hospital is a service business, and our experience with Dr. Arnold convinces us that the and quot;serviceand quot; component is the more important of the two.The overall experience with both facilities and staff has been simply excellent, and we're grateful to have found such fine care for our dog.

I see Dr. Pamela Santfleben there. I visited them for routine vaccination. She has really good bedside manner. Her relationship with the animal is very good. She is very knowledgeable. She is good with the owners too.

The doctor and assistant where very professional and very thorough. They took blood and did a complete exam of my puppy and then did the tests. As soon as the results were done the Vet explained them to me and let me ask questions. At the end the Vet reviewed all the costs and asked again if I had any questions. The vet even followed up latter that night to see how things were going.

They did a fantastic job and really seemed to care about taking care of our dog as if he were their own. They were very responsive, diagnosed the problem right away, and their surgical services were top notch. We couldn't be more grateful to Spring Harbor for saving our dog's life.

Scheduling was easy and they had openings that same week for us. Reception was kind and prompt. Dr. Noah was on time and good with the animals as well as my two school age kids who were with me. The clinic is easy to access, all went well.

Dr. Sondel is a great vet. He is very knowledgable and has great people and animal skills. He explains things really well and answers all of our questions. Overall the staff are great and very friendly. We are always able to get into see them when needed.

Dr. Sanftleben is fantastic. Great with the animals and a good personality with people as well. Knowledgable and helpful and honest. Known her stuff and is pretty straightforward, including tradeoffs of cost versus likelihood of outcome. Pricing seems a little bit high, but admittedly, this is a hard market in which to comparison shop objectively.

Doctors Link and Sondel are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I travel 2 hours each way to visit this clinic because of the excellent quality of the vets and services. This is a wonderful clinic that goes out of its way to offer same day help if a condition is urgent or quick appointments if not. The expertise that Link and Sondel offer with breeding and canine reproduction set this clinic apart from standard pet care clinics, though they recognize all dogs as beloved family members, even show and breeding dogs. Their state of the art equipment (such as digital x-ray) and on-site testing for many, many tests allow them to offer prices significantly better prices than standard vet clinics on many services. Additionally, they are wonderful about calling with test results or in response to difficult questions wherein determining whether an emergency vet visit is necessary. You cannot go wrong with a visit to Spring Harbor.

They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. My dog and I were on the news with the vet when all of this was taking place. This is a great place to take your pets. They provide excellent care.

They had great service and staff.

Whenever any little thing arose with "Tiny" (my pug). I would call the folks at Spring Harbor and they seemed to find a way to "fit" me in every time. I've found that the prices at Spring Harbor Animal Hospital are reasonable.
