Joe gave great service all around. He was easy to work with and prompt. He was able to fit us in quickly at the end of a busy schedule a day before the visit and he did an excellent job on a very difficult area. When it looked like a little dirt remained on the stairs, only after they had dried out thoroughly for a few days, we asked him back to do a second cleaning fully expecting to pay for it. He came the next day, promptly and willingly, and insisted on doing that cleaning for free, saying "Happy Holidays." Excellent service. We will definitely have him back.

For cleaning microfiber sofas, which are unique and do not always respond well to steam extraction cleanings, you won't find a better contractor than Service Plus's Joe Brennan. After carefully assessing the condition of my sofa, he sprayed a solvent to loosen soils and stains. He then used a horse hair brush to scrub away the stains finishing by using a low-moisture tool to rinse the soiled fluid and to extract remaining moisture. For $160, he did a magnificent job: my 8-year old microfiber sofa looks great. I will definitely hire him again.
